Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Maximum Lock & Safe, we pride ourselves on securing Southern Ontario with high-quality products and professional delivery. Below are the terms governing our shipping and delivery services.
1. Free Local Delivery (Southern Ontario)
We offer Free Local Delivery for our customers within Southern Ontario and the GTA.
- Minimum Spend: Orders must total $250.00 CAD or more (before taxes) to qualify for free delivery.
- Eligible Areas: Includes Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Milton.
- Orders Under $250: A flat shipping fee or weight-based carrier rate will be applied at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Duration: Typical delivery within Southern Ontario is achieved within 3–5 business days.

3. Safe Delivery Options: Curbside vs. Inside
Due to the weight and security nature of safes, we offer two distinct levels of delivery:
- Standard Delivery (Curbside): Our default free delivery (on eligible orders) is curbside only. The driver will offload the safe at the nearest accessible point at ground level (e.g., driveway or curb). The customer is responsible for moving the item into the building.

Inside Delivery & Installation: For an additional fee, our specialized safe technicians can provide White Glove Inside Delivery. This includes bringing the safe to the room of your choice, professional leveling, and bolting/anchoring to the floor for maximum security.
- Note: Please inform us of any stairs, elevators, or narrow passages during checkout to receive an accurate installation quote.
4. Returns & Return Shipping
We want you to be satisfied with your security hardware. However, due to the specialized nature of our products, the following conditions apply:
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costsand arrangements. For heavy safes, this may require professional freight services.
- Restocking Fees: A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover inspection and handling.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been installed or used.
- Final Sale: Custom-built doors and certain high-security master key systems are final sale and not eligible for return.
5. Damages & Inspection
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- Note Damages: If a safe or hardware arrived damaged, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
- Report: Email photos of the damage to info@lockservice.ca within 24 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
